Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar Photovoltaics (PV) Systems

C&I solar projects consist of solar PV arrays installed on rooftops of buildings, mounted to the ground, or via steel carport canopies ranging in size from 100 kilowatts (kW) to 5 megawatts (MW). These systems address the challenges of increasing electricity demand and rising grid tariffs that C&I power consumers face by generating operational cost savings from the first year of operation throughout the lifetime of a system.

Hybrid Embedded Power Microgrid Systems

Microgrids are generation and storage systems built around the power requirement or resilience needs of a power consumer through combining multiple generation assets including solar photovoltaics (PV), and battery-based energy storage. Hybrid systems add diesel gensets to provide the reliability communities and organizations need while enhancing the performance of all assets in the onsite power system.

Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

IP&E Solar partners with leading manufacturers of energy storage systems used in over 200 countries worldwide. Specializing in energy storage systems designed for the C&I and utility scale segments, IP&E Solar’s BESS keep power systems running safely, stably, and reliably by realizing frequency regulation, voltage compensation, peak shaving and power quality management objectives.

Flexible & Competitive Commercial Structures

IP&E Solar offers these systems in two flexible structures: (1) Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) whereby its clients purchase the system designed and installed by IP&E Solar; and (2) Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) whereby its clients procure the energy produced by the system, designed, installed, owned, operated, and maintained by IP&E Solar over the term of the agreement.
