IP&E Opened New Shell Station on Route 15 in Mangilao
IP&E has opened a new Shell Station on Route 15 in Mangilao, known as the backroad to Andersen Air Force Base. This is the only fuel station on the 8.5-mile stretch from Mangilao through Dededo and Yigo, offering Shell V-Power and Regular Unleaded fuels. A Foody’s C-Store is also in development at this location and is expected to be operational by early 2024. The company has introduced a "Pay at the Pump" feature, allowing customers to use Visa or Mastercard at the pump, earn and redeem loyalty points, and enjoy discounts. To celebrate, Shell is giving away $1000 in free fuel to twenty winners for every $30 fuel purchase made using the Pay at the Pump service until November 30, 2023. The new location operates daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is part of IP&E's plan to expand its network, emphasizing quality fuels, convenience, and customer service. This is the fourteenth station in the Guam Shell Station Network.
