(TAMUNING, Guam) Wednesday, March 26, 2025 — IP&E is excited to announce the opening of its latest Shell Station and Foody’s Store, located in the Oka area of Tamuning, across Payless Super Market. The Shell Oka location is a modern, fit-for-purpose Shell Station and Foody’s C-Store located in Tamuning. Shell Fuel and a selection of the most popular Foody’s Store offerings are available at this site, that caters to all types of motorists and convenience customers in the Oka, Tamuning area. “This site is modeled following the vision of the Shell Mobility Strategy that focuses on delivering more value with less emissions. This is achieved by providing secure and reliable products, both now and throughout the inevitable energy transition, to meet the evolving needs of our customers. As we envisioned this station, we broadened our view to welcome drivers and mobile customers on site. We looked for opportunities to minimize our carbon footprint, like investing energy efficient lighting and coolers and minimizing the construction process for our c-store structure. In our network planning, we wanted to ensure that the store would be convenient, not only for motorists, but for all types of customers.” said Ricky Altonaga, IP&E Senior Director of Retail and Loyalty. “With its quality Shell fuels, and lineup of delightful ready-to-eat food selections, snacks, beverages, and the Foody’s Café coffee, this location provides customers a quick one-stop-shop experience.”

This is one of Shell’s 15 convenient locations in Guam. We will continue to provide our key offerings with our partners like Bank of Guam, with their six percent discount on all fuel purchases using their Bank of Guam Credit Card. All fuels and store purchases at the Shell/Foody’s locations are eligible to earn PACIFICPOINTS, offering customers rewards at Foody’s, Shell, IT&E and several partner merchants throughout the island. In celebration of our opening, Shell Oka PACIFICPOINTS members will earn Double PACIFICPOINTS whenever they purchase fuel or Foody’s items at this location until April 30th. All customer that purchasefuel at this station can also receive a free Foody’s Café Coffee until March 31st.
